The SADC
Mediation / Arbitration Centre is an initiative to provide an alternative
resolution mechanism which members of the public can use to resolve their cases
instead of litigation. It was established in 2022 with the view to become a
statutory agency in mediation/Arbitration.
Our Vision
To pursue a fair and uniform system which will transform the lives of consumers of legal services through mediation and arbitration. To provide ad hoc arbitration in line with the provisions of the arbitration laws and best practices.
